From an 80,000 sq. ft. facility in Charlotte, PTI stocks ~ 25,000 SKU's of ISO 9001:2000 certified products. In addition, PTI has certified manufacturing sites around the globe, with Sales Reps in the US and in Europe. PTI offers several choices and pricing options in most product types. Due to this global reach, PTI also provides manufacturing options that help control and/or reduce cost …. in other words, PTI can produce custom parts and/or modify existing designs. PTI stocks this wide variety of European Metric and American standard products for same day shipment.

PTI offers mounted ball bearing units in all stainless steel, corrosion resistant thermoplastic housing with a stainless insert or with a nickel plated cast iron housing. Stainless steel insert bearings are specifically designed for the food, beverage and chemical industry. All three housing types interchange dimensionally with the conventional cast iron mounted bearing units. With the stainless and thermoplastic housings, there is NO plating to chip. The stainless steel insert is also available in two mounting versions .... the popular Set Screw type; and, the new Eccentric Lock version for quick simple installation.
